We're still looking for a home for the handsome Socks. Socks is a lovely boy who was in poor condition when he came in.  Though he's fully recovered we're looking for a special home for this easygoing boy..

Socks  is a very undemanding dog. He loves his walks and plays and  gets on well with children.  more

*** Update - Rusty ***

This is Rusty. Rusty is 12 years old. He needs a new home as his current family have to be out of the house for long periods, meaning Rusty was having to spend long hours outside.


Rusty is in a foster home at the moment, but he still needs to find a "forever home". Could you give a home to Rusty so he can see out his days on a warm, comfy sofa?

Do you have some time to spare? 

KGC are always looking for volunteers to help out  with events and activities. There are lots of things you may be able to help with: 

    Helping out at events  

    Walking the dogs at kennels 

    Transporting the dogs

    Fostering a dog

    Carrying out home-checks 

In addition to the above we're always keen to talk to anyone who can help promote and market Greyhounds as pets.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS

October  - December Tralee Petmania 'Meet & Greets' - We're arranging 'Meet and Greet' in the Petmania store in Tralee, County Kerry.  We're looking for  volunteers to help us with 'Meet and Greets"  on the following dates:

Saturday 15th October ,2011

    Saturday 12th November, 2011

    Saturday 17th December, 2011

Why not come along, meet the hounds, and talk to us about what great companions they make!..
